All requests must include:
- Item's picture (clear and preferably minimum 600 pixel in size)
- Item's quantity
- Item's price (negotiable/firm)
- Complete description of item
- Item's status (new/used/refurbished/homebrew etc.)
- Sender contact details (full name, phone number, email address & etc.) - personal information will not be made public without consent

RadioMeal.Com Classified Terms and Conditions

Anyone who wishes to participate in this RadioMeal.Com Classified MUST read, understand and agree on the Terms and Conditions stated below.

1. Definitions:

1.1. RadioMeal.Com, its owner, its staffs and its associates after this will be referred as "we" or "us" or "our".

1.2. Seller or the person who acts on behalf of the seller for this RadioMeal.Com Classified section after this will be referred as "you" or "your".

1.3. Buyer or the person who acts on behalf of the buyer for this RadioMeal.Com Classified section after this will be referred as "buyer".

1.4. RadioMeal.Com Classified after this will be referred as "section".


2. General Terms and Conditions:

2.1 This section acts ONLY as a medium for selling items related to amateur radio and not more than that. We do not interfere with the contract, agreement or understanding that rises from any of the transactions, if it does happen.

2.2. We WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for ANY circumstances (such as, but not limited to, fraudulent, cheat, miscommunication, illegal acts, related to illegal items, etc.) that arises or happens be it good or bad, before, during or after the period of the transactions.

2.3. If your item is uploaded and published in this section, it DOES NOT mean that we have taken all the measures to ensure its description correctness and validity. We will based solely upon our very own limited judgment.

2.4. You are required to notify us immediately if the item you advertise is sold to anyone, or if you wish to withdraw your offer. We will mark the item sold out or delete them from our website altogether. We will do this as fast as we can possibly do.

2.5. At the moment, we do not charge anything for any item uploaded into this section. This is however, subject to change when we see there is a need for it.

2.6. How fast we respond or update anything inside this section is absolutely exclusive for us and we cannot guarantee any time frame.

2.7. Please practice common sense. If it feels not right to do something, it is most probably not right to do it at all. Importantly, refer back to point number 2 above.

2.8. This section is on a trial and experimental basis so please excuse any imperfection. Opinions and constructive critics are very much welcomed. Improvement will be made in accordance to its requirement. We will not hesitate to take this section off if we feel there is any need for it at anytime, without prior notice.
